  • What are your processing times?

    We have a processing time of up to 5 working days for all orders. Your chosen shipping method does not skip these processing times. Please note that during our busy times, this may be longer. A notice will always be present on our main homepage when this is the case.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Once your order is dispatched, delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method. First class aims to deliver the next working day, and second class aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Royal Mail strikes can impact these delivery times.

  • Can I track my order?

    First and second class shipping are both untracked services, meaning you cannot track your parcel at each stage of its journey. Occasionally, Royal Mail will show updates once the item has been delivered.

  • Can I cancel or return my order?

    We accept cancellations prior to your order shipping and will issue a full refund. Returns are accepted within 28 days of your purchase, however, we do not provide a shipping label and this will be at your own expense. A full refund will be issued once we have received the products back.

  • When will you restock an item I want?

    We restock on a regular basis. When viewing a product, you can sign up for a waitlist to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock! This is the easiest way to get your hands on exactly what you want.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    We occasionally run sales or exclusive discounts on our social media channels. By signing up for our newsletter, you will also receive a discount code!
